Maundy Thursday, April 1, 6-9 pm – You are invited to walk the Prayer Labyrinth, reflect at the Stations of the Cross and participate in socially-safe communion in the Worship Centre. COVID public health guidelines will be in place…masks are mandatory including children age 5 & up.
What is a Labyrinth? A labyrinth is a prayer walk, symbolizing a desire to walk to the center…to our center, and to God’s center. To walk the labyrinth is to intentionally dial down all the other voices that cry for our attention in this season, and to simply clear a space where we just put one foot in front of the other with an intention to find rest in the center of God’s heart. You can walk the labyrinth with someone from your household, or on your own.
One of the things that is unique about Seeds is that we trust that there is permission to experiment—to not be confined to always doing things the way we have done them, and although that may “rattle” us a bit, we trust there are good surprises in store so please come.
Good Friday, April 2 – No Worship Service at Seeds
Easter Sunday, April 4
- 6:30-8:30 am Come & Go Paska at Sunrise at the Altona Nature Pond. You are invited to an informal time to experience the sun rise (around 7 am), enjoy some Easter bread (Paska) and reflect (paper copy of reflection will be available). Bring your own coffee/tea/hot chocolate and blanket to sit on while you reflect. Public health guidelines allow for groups of 25 people outside so we ask that you come & go as necessary.
- 10:45 am Easter Sunday worship service at the eXchange
- Masks are mandatory including children age 5 & up (singing will be allowed provided you wear a mask)
- Sit with your household 6 ft. apart from others (please be mindful of dispersing throughout the Worship Centre to ensure there is room for all who attend)
- Children’s activity crates are provided; nursery upstairs is not available
- Use the zoom link below to attend virtually
