The Seeds community is invited on an afternoon hike at Fort Dufferin on Sunday, Feb. 18. Meet at the eXchange at 1 pm to car pool and be back by 3 pm. The main idea is to connect or re-connect with nature. We’ll start the hike with a reading, then walk one way in silence, letting the woods teach us/talk to us, and then walk back sharing what we learned/heard. Questions?
