Seeds Prayer Retreat – Sat., April 8, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m at the eXchange. There will be teaching and practicing of both Centering Prayer and Lectio Divina. There will also be a labyrinth plus plenty of time for silence and listening. In addition, you might read, journal, colour, go for a walk outside, or do any of a variety of things. Bring your Bible, journal, pillow and lunch. Everyone welcome!
