• Beans in tomato sauce
• Canned Soup: Chicken Noodle,
• Tomato or Vegetable
• Canned Vegetables
• Canned Fruit
• Pasta, Mac and Cheese, MR Noodle
• Non-sugared cereal, Oatmeal
• Juice (powdered)
• Rice (small bags)
• Canned Meat or Fish

Cash or Cheque (payable to Rhineland Area Food Bank)
Monetary donations enable the Food Bank to purchase the supplies we need weekly at a discount from the local grocery stores. Receipts will be issued for cash or cheque donations
