Dearest Seeds community.
It was 25 years ago this past fall that we began this wild experiment of leading Seeds Church. Giving leadership to this community has been one of the greatest joys of our life. After a great deal of wrestling and discernment over the past year, we have come to recognize that it is the right time to begin transitioning from our leadership to a new season of leadership at Seeds.
We shared our desire to make this transition to the Seeds leadership team in Fall and in consultation with the Seeds Leadership Team, it has been decided that we will complete our work at the end of 2024.
We know this is the right move for us, but it also comes with a great deal of sadness and grief, as it means that things will change for both us and the Seeds community. There is so much more to say, and there will be time over the rest of the year to do that.
