Elfrieda Tiessen in front of an open trunk and MCC comforters in Crystal City

Did you know that April 24 marks the beginning of National Volunteer Week?

We are so grateful for the thousands of Manitobans who have given their time and skills — whether that be repairing furniture or electronics at an MCC Thrift shop, sewing comforters, packing relief kits, or organizing a creative fundraiser — to support the work of MCC. Thank you for being a part of MCC!

Pictured: Elfrieda Tiessen loads up her trunk with comforters made by volunteers from the community of Crystal City, Man. This past winter, a group of approx. 30 Crystal City community members worked together to donate more than 180 comforters to MCC!
