The Excel Empowerment Centre (TEEC), an MCC Manitoba partner through Material Resources, is looking for volunteers to help with conversational and basic English tutoring for newcomer women from South Sudan. Located in the West End of Winnipeg, TEEC offers programming and a sense of community to war-affected newcomers and immigrants.
