The Global Topics at Home events featuring Francisca Ibanda (Mama Cisca) and Maxym Oliferovksi have been cancelled. These events were to be held on:
Tuesday, March 17 at 134 Plaza Drive
Wednesday, March 18 at Douglas Mennonite Church, 1517 Rothesay Street
Monday, March 23 at 159 Henderson Highway
Wednesday, March 25 at Portage Avenue Church, 1420 Portage Avenue
The health and well-being of MCC’s supporters, donors, employees and international partners is our main concern and with the rapidly changing situation and the increasing number of confirmed global cases of COVID-19, we have determined that cancelling these events will proactively help us mitigate any safety concerns for attendees.
With all our programs and events, MCC will continue to monitor the health and well-being of all our staff, constituents and partners, and will not hesitate to put further necessary precautions in place.
