Camp Roots (ages 3-Gr. 6) Parent’s Happy Hour – Saturday, Nov 9, 4-6 pm. FREE CHILDCARE provided.
In summer, a group of parents gathered for an open conversation about parenting, children, and faith. Out of that conversation, an interest and desire emerged to meet as parents.
The hope is to gather as a group a few times throughout the year, to discuss, process and equip ourselves in the the tough and confusing job of parenting/faith.
We would like to kick off it off with a Parent Happy Hour. The purpose of this time will be to gather as parents, at a variety of stages in our parenting journey’s, and collect ideas/topics for future discussion.
We don’t want childcare to be a barrier for attending, so we have three options for you:
Option 1: Your children are old enough to stay at home by themselves (YOU HAVE REACHED THE GOLDEN YEARS…CONGRATS).
Options 2: We provide childcare at the location.
Option 3: We provide you with a childcare voucher that covers the cost of the childcare worker of your choosing.
