Luis Hernández and his wife Bárbara Aguilera are the latest refugees to arrive in Altona from Venezuela. They have been here since mid-May. They are going through the refugee process (with the help of a lawyer) like all of the other newcomers from Venezuela and need financial assistance. As Build a Village has helped previous families with fund raising, Luis and Barbara are asking for the same.
